Thank you for shopping with TrendoraReads. Because we sell digital products (ebooks) that are delivered instantly upon purchase, our return and refund policy differs from that of physical goods. Please read this policy carefully before completing your purchase.

Digital Product Policy

All sales of digital ebooks are considered final once the product has been downloaded or accessed. Due to the nature of digital goods, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds after delivery, as the product cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you are buying a digital product and that your right to a refund is limited as described in this policy.

Exceptions

We may consider a refund or replacement in the following circumstances:

• You received a corrupted or unreadable file that we are unable to resolve with a replacement copy.
• You were charged multiple times for the same product due to a technical error.

Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. Filing a chargeback without first reaching out to us may result in your account being suspended and future purchases being declined.
